EICB is actively developing a pipeline of strategic mineral exploration and investment projects aimed at unlocking Botswana's mineral potential and attracting local and international investment.

Working closely with government, industry stakeholders, development partners, and investors, EICB is currently undertaking project identification, technical assessments, business case development, and investment-readiness documentation for a number of priority opportunities across the mineral value chain.

As these projects progress through the approval and development stages, EICB will partner with local and international organisations to advance them towards implementation, investment, and sustainable commercialisation.
